As the owner of Tress, Jess built the salon around values she believes truly elevate the industry: transparency, all-inclusive pricing, no gratuity, and a supportive environment for both clients and stylists. Her calm presence and detail-oriented eye make every appointment feel intentional, relaxing, and fully centered around the client.

What Jess loves most about doing hair is the connection she gets to build with each person in her chair. She believes great hair should feel effortless and personal, and her goal is always for clients to leave feeling confident, understood, and completely taken care of.
